Do you need any information or support? Our Blizzard-Tecnica Customer Service will be at your disposal for any additional information regarding our products, service or orders. Do not hesitate to contact our experts to choose the product that fit best for you.
 
Our Customer Service will verify the products’ availability at the selected store.
Once the order will be placed, two different situations may occurr:
- If the products are already available in the selected store: you are going to be contacted by our Consumer Service within 24 hours and you will receive all the necessary information to pick up your order.
- If the product you ordered is not available in store: in this case our, our Consumer Service will ship the products to the shop you selected. You are going to receive updates regarding the shipment and, once in store, you are going to receive a final e-mail confirming that you can pick up your products in store within 6 working days.
 
The Customer Service will keep you updated regarding timing and pick up modalities.
 
Once the product will be available, you will need to go to the shop to pay and pick up the products you booked. You'll just need to show to the retailer a valid ID (e.g. driving license or identity card) and the receipt you get after ordering them in our website.

Picking up the products you ordered is really simple. You'll just need to show to the retailer a valid ID (e.g. driving license or identity card) and the receipt you get after ordering them in our website.If another person is going to pick up the products on your behalf, the person representing you will need to show a written proxy including the booking number and a copy of your ID.
If you are not able to go to the shop and pick up the product you ordered, you can simply ask a person of trust to do it on your behalf. In this case he/she will need to show a written proxy, including the booking number and a copy of your ID.
If the product you are looking for is not available online anymore, you can find it at one of our Authorized Dealers. Pleas check out our store locator to find and contact the closest shop to you.

You are going to receive an e-mail once the products you ordered will be delivered in store. From that moment, the products will be held in the store for up to 6 working days.
1. Find the products you want to book, choose the size and then click on the 'BOOK NOW' button. You'll automatically find the products in your cart. 2. Once youhave finished shopping, go to your cart and proceed with the booking process. 3. Fill out the form with your personal data. 4. Select the store where you want to pick up the products you ordered. 5. Click on 'PLACE ORDER' to complete your booking. You are going to receive a confirmation e-mail. When the product will be available to be picked up in store, you are going to receive a second e-mail. Please remember that the products will be available for pick up in store for 6 working days from the READY TO PICK-UP e-mail. The payment will take place in the store.

The price displayed in our website is the Suggested Retail Price (SRP). The final price is decided by the retailer, and it can't be higher than the SRP.

No! The service is totally free of charge; no shipping costs.
The Pick Up In Store is available for most of the products of our Blizzard skis and Tecnica skiboots' collections. Check out our products' catalogues: only the products with the price displayed are those available for pick up.
You can track your order by clicking on the link you will are going to receive in the confirmation e-mail. If you didn't get any confirmation e-mail, you can check the status of your order by contacting directly our Consumer Service. See our Contact Us area here
Once you'll have picked up your order, if you are not entirely satisfied by the products you can simply leave them in the store without paying any fee. If you have already paid the products, bring them back to the store where you picked them up and ask the retailer for a refund. Please make sure to bring the receipt with you.

This website allows you to send us a booking request for the selected products at a Blizzard - Tecnica retail shop.

The information on this website only represents an invitation to proceed with the booking of the selected products at a Blizzard - Tecnica retail store. Indeed, the information on our website do not represent neither a binding offer, nor a legally binding contract. You accept that your booking represents an offer of booking for the selected Products.

At the time of our booking confirmation it follows your commitment to go to the Blizzard-Tecnica retailer you previously selected to see and possibly to buy the Products.

2. Terms of Service

We invite you to read carefully the following Terms of Service before proceeding with the request of booking Products online.

These Terms are reviewed online by the Client, before completing the process of requesting a booking .

The acceptance of the Terms of Service hence is showed by checking the ACCEPT checkbox, thereby accepting full responsibility for the contents of that document.

The actual and following sale will take place directly between you and the Blizzard - Tecnica retailer.

2.1 Products

The Products that we show on our website and we offer to be booked are entirely designed and created by us.

The booking of the products displayed on the website is subject to their availability. It means that, despite our commitment to guarantee that the website shows the actual availability in stock, a Product on the website might not be available at a Blizzard - Tecnica retail store or that it can no longer be delivered to that store.

The main feature of the Products are illustrated on the Website. The accompanying images of a Product can be not perfectly representative of its characteristics.

2.2 Requirements for booking a Product

To submit a booking request of our product through our website you must be of age.

The booking service is only for end consumers, not for retailers.

You must guarantee that the information provided with the buying request are accurate and complete. Your personal data and e-mail must correspond to your real personal data and not those of third parties or imaginary person.

2.3 Terms of booking Pick Up in Store

The Product you selected from the online catalogue on the website can be added to the e-shopping cart without commitment. The content of the shopping cart can be reviewed, edited, or deleted at any time. After confirming the shopping cart, you will need to properly fill in the request form in all its parts and confirm online. The booking process can be interrupted at any time by closing the browsing window.

2.3bis Terms of Booking Test & Buy

If you decide to use the Test & Buy service to test a product before a possible purchase, you will need to select the product in the online catalogue on the website and, after confirming, selecting the partner shop where you will pick up the product, properly filling-in the request form in all its parts and confirm online. The booking procedure can be interrupted at any time by closing the browsing window.

2.4 Acceptance and confirmation of Product’s booking

All bookings you submitted are subject to out acceptance. We are entitled to verify a booking in advance at any time and/or to reject the booking without providing any explanation and without being responsible towards you, nor towards third parties. If we do not confirm your reservation within 5 ( five) working days, the reservation may be considered rejected.

We reserve the right to reject any booking that that is or reasonably suspects to be created with the support or contribution of a software, a robot, a crawler, a spider or other tools or automatized devices.

In case of acceptance of the booking we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your booking confirmation number, the details of the Product that you booked and the details of the delivery.

Following, a second e-mail will inform you that the Products were shipped from our warehouse to the Blizzard – Tecnica retail store or that the Products are ready for pick up at Blizzard - Tecnica store you selected.

We reserve the right, as far as reasonably possible, to make partial shipping, so that the products will be delivered to the Blizzard - Tecnica retailer in the shortest time possible. These partial shipping are not subject to any additional costs.

We will send you a confirmation e-mail to inform you that the Products are ready at the Blizzard – Tecnica retail store. The Products will be available within six (6) working days from the date of booking. Therefore, we ask you to take in consideration any national and/or regional holiday observed in your Country.

2.5 Maintenance of the Products

We would like to draw your attention to the maintenance instructions printed on the Products’ labels. We are not responsible for any damage due to improper use of the Products, included the failure to follow instructions.

If you choose the Test & Buy service, you will be able to ask directly to our partner shop to mount the bindings. We will not be responsible for the mounting of bindings and for any damage and/or consequences resulting from improper mounting of the bindings.

2.6 Cancelling a booking

In the unlike event that, after confirming the acceptance of your booking, it will not be possible anymore to deliver the good or part of it, we cannot be considered responsible and we will be entitled to cancel the booking. Of course, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

2.7 Indicated price and payment methods

The selling prices of the products indicated on the website are VAT included and they represent suggested prices, because Blizzard - Tecnica retailers can apply prices different from those suggested. Prices are given in Euros (EUR).

You will not be charged for Shipping costs

Payment methods will be decided by each Blizzard- Tecnica retailer.

2.7bis Test & Buy Option

The price for the Test & Buy service will applied by Blizzard- Tecnica retailers; however, it will not exceed 50,00 euros for each product for one day. The partner will be entitled to apply particular conditions regarding the terms and conditions of use of the products.

If, after a test, you will decide to purchase the product, the amount paid for the Test & Buy service will be detracted from the selling price.

2.8 No-show at the Blizzard – Tecnica retail shop.

In case of no-show at the Blizzard - Tecnica retail shop and/or in case of failure to purchase the products within six (6) days from the date they are available, the Products will no longer be reserved for you and they will be made available to other consumers.

We reserve the right to make changes to the General Terms at any point in time.

The use of the website, will be subject to the version of the General Terms in force when the booking is made through the website or the day of access to the website ( when applicable) .

We invite you to periodically verify if any changes to the General Terms were made.

3.3 Data protection

Tecnica Group s.p.a. fully respects the privacy of individuals that access and use the website. For more details on the use of cookies, the type of information we collect, how and for what purpose we use your information and in which circumstances we share them, please read the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, that are included in and represent an integral part of these General Terms.

When proceeding with a booking, you recognize and accept the possibility that we collect, retain and process your personal data, as provided by out Privacy Policy.

3.4 Place of Jurisdiction

In case of any dispute arising from the existing General Terms or related thereto, it is hereby expressly agreed that they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Treviso.

3.5 Applicable Law

These General terms are governed by Italian Law.
