The Blizzard factory is located in Mittersill, Austria about 15 minutes from Kitzbuehel. The Mittersill facility is where some of the design & and all of the production of Blizzard skis takes place. Many of the staff also work out of the Tecnica Group headquarters in Giavera del Montello, Italy.

Blizzard is currently a stand-alone ski brand however, works closely with Tecnica ski boots. The Tecnica Group, a worldwide leader in winter sports equipment, acquired Blizzard Sport GmbH in October of 2006. The Tecnica Group owns the following brands: Tecnica, Blizzard, Nordica, Rollerblade, Lowa and Moon Boot.

As all retailers are independently owned, we cannot track their inventories. However, some are now feeding their inventory into our Store Locator at the product level and you can see if they have the specific model and size you are interested in. Any Authorized Blizzard Retailer may be able to special order the product you are in search of if they do not currently carry it. Please inquire of your nearest Blizzard Authorized Retailer.
Shopatron is a system that allows our Blizzard Authorized Retailers to fulfill orders placed on blizzardsportusa.com. By ordering product from blizzardsportusa.com you are directly supporting your local retailers.
Your order will pass through to Shopatron where it is assigned to our retailers on a first-come first-served basis with priority given to those retailers who are located closest to you. That retailer will fulfill and ship your order. When needed, Blizzard will ship orders that cannot be fulfilled by one of our retail partners. In rare situations, if neither the retailer nor Blizzard has the inventory, we will have to cancel your order. You will be notified as soon as possible if this is the case.
This means that after purchasing product from blizzardsportusa.com, you will receive email communication regarding order and shipment status from Shopatron. In addition to email communication, all returns are processed through Shopatron. To initiate a return, cancel an order, or check order status, log-in to your Shopatron Account.

Blizzard Sport USA products are warranted for one year after the date of purchase against defective workmanship and materials when used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and providing they receive proper care. Merchandise covered under this warranty must be returned to an authorized Blizzard Dealer (with proof of purchase date) who will then send it to Blizzard Sport USA (transportation prepaid by customer). Blizzard will inspect returned merchandise for evidence of misuse and will determine whether repair, replacement, or adjustment is due. Blizzard will return merchandise prepaid.
