All the Mach1 line is available in 3 different volumes, because we strongly believe that the products must adapt to people, and not the other way around. We are literally obsessed by the fit and to get the best result we use the inside-out approach. That means that we start from the anatomy of the foot and we build the liner around it. The dual-density C.A.S. (Custom Adaptive Shape) material helps us to precisely mirror the anatomy. Than we build the shell around it. This gives us the precise and comfortable fit from the first try and a very low pack out rate.
The C.A.S. Shell has an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the box initial fit. The dimples on the shell offer less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The shell retains the new shape better and longer.
