Fit Lab is the opportunity for Tecnica to bring its best in class customization system, known as C.A.S. (Custom Adaptive Shape), to our best boot fitters and partners with the goal of improving the knowledge, understanding and use of this technology.
The Fit Lab members have the opportunity to learn proprietary Tecnica boot fitting techniques and share experiences and know-how amongst their peers to improve theirs skills and knowledge.

The C.A.S. fit system gives you the ability to truly customize your ski boot for an absolute personal fit. The anatomical shape of the liner and shell are the key to a great out-of-the-box fit. The closer the liner and shell match the natural shape of the foot, the better the fit and performance will be.
The C.A.S. liners are anatomically shaped for optimal comfort and great heel hold. The dual density micro-cells material is durable and easy to customize. For unmatched personal customization the C.A.S. liner can be thermo-molded, punched and grinded.
The CAS shell has an anatomical shape that matches the foot shape. This allows for a better out-of-the-box fit. The dimples on the shell reduces surface tension and facilitate the thermo customization process, making boot fitters’ life easier. The shell materials allow better and longer retainment of the customized shape.
A great addition to the C.A.S. customization system. The C.A.S. Tongue can be thermoformed in a few minutes to perfectly match the shape of your shin.
