Given the needs and level of every skiers, we project models with different flex, thanks to the combination of different plastics. Tecnica ski boots are divided into: HARD (flex man 140-120/woman 115-95), MEDIUM (flex man 110-90/woman 85-75) e SOFT (flex man 80-60/woman 65-55).
HARD: for expert and more robust skiers
MEDIUM: for intermediate and/or medium-sized
SOFT: for beginners or lighter skiers

The width of foot's sole changes from person to person, that's why our ski boots have different volumes to meet the needs of every skier. Tecnica ski boots are divided into: LV (low – from 93 to 98mm), MV (mid – from 99 to 100mm) and HV (high – 103mm).
LV: for skiers with narrow foot's sole or for those who prefer a more enveloping and precise fit
MV: for skiers with medium foot's sole or for those who prefer a regular fit
HV: for skiers with a wide foot's sole or for those who prefer a comfortable fit

Built from high-performance polyurethane, Decoy is designed for skiers searching for a proper downhill experience. A dedicated shell construction, featuring a more robust Power Frame, delivers superior stability, responsiveness, and edge control - even when driving wider, high-performance skis. Every detail is engineered to provide a direct and precise feel with unmatched control.

MULTI-NORM COMPATIBILITY (GripWalk)

Equipped with GripWalk soles, this is the most versatile boot in the Tecnica line. Its dual-compatibility design allows seamless use with both Zero G skis featuring Low Tech bindings and alpine skis with GripWalk bindings. The result is a boot that delivers exceptional walking comfort, reliable grip, and uncompromised downhill performance—ready to adapt wherever the mountain takes you.

C.A.S. SHELL + LINER

Tecnica’s exclusive C.A.S. (Custom Adaptive Shape) technology combines a precise anatomical shell and liner for the ultimate personalized fit. Micro-cell textured surfaces make heat molding and grinding easier, while dual-density materials ensure consistent comfort and shape retention over time. The result is a boot that matches a skier’s anatomy, providing instant comfort, optimal heel hold, and lasting precision run after run.

Additional Technologies & Features

QUICK INSTEP: Utilizes softer plastic over the instep area that allows the shell to open easier as you are entering or exiting the boot.
FREE MOVE: The new Free Move hinge points with bearing construction allow frictionless hiking, so you can hike more with less energy.
DYN CERTIFIED INSERTS: The inserts of the Zero G make entry into all low-tech bindings easier. The inserts are positioned as far back as possible to improve walkability, and Quick-Step-in technology makes it easier to enter pin bindings.
PERFORMANCE POWER STRAP: Due to its elasticity, the Performance Power Strap offers the best performance strap on the market. It is made of an elastic strap and finely adjustable with the patented Tecnica Power Lock hook.
ECO DESIGN: The ability to obtain regenerated material with homogeneous and known mechanical characteristics will allow a wider use of them in the production on new ski-boots.
MATERIAL TRACEABILITY PROGRAM: QR will provide a precise description of all the materials used in the production of the specidic ski-boot, allowing a more precise and consistent regeneration of those materials. This will result in better quality and more possibility to reuse in new ski-boots production.
CO-INJECTED CUFF: The Co-Injected Cuff combines Grilamid® and carbon fiber powder through a co-injection (simultaneous injection) process, creating a lightweight, stiff, and highly responsive structure. This technology enhances power transmission and provides progressive support for improved precision and control throughout every turn.
