The all-new Mach1 MV LTD is designed for skiers with low volume feet, who want to rip all over the mountain. With a newly engineered T-Drive system, this is a boot built to raise the bar for performance, fit and customization. It features a C.A.S. customizable shell, liner and tongue and an ultra precise carbon co-injected cuff. The updated fit and improved T-Drive system deliver an incredible fit-out-of-the-box, unmatched options for personalization and best in class performance.

Given the needs and level of every skiers, we project models with different flex, thanks to the combination of different plastics. Tecnica ski boots are divided into: HARD (flex man 140-120/woman 115-95), MEDIUM (flex man 110-90/woman 85-75) e SOFT (flex man 80-60/woman 65-55).
HARD: for expert and more robust skiers
MEDIUM: for intermediate and/or medium-sized
SOFT: for beginners or lighter skiers

The width of foot's sole changes from person to person, that's why our ski boots have different volumes to meet the needs of every skier. Tecnica ski boots are divided into: LV (low – from 93 to 98mm), MV (mid – from 99 to 100mm) and HV (high – 103mm).
LV: for skiers with narrow foot's sole or for those who prefer a more enveloping and precise fit
MV: for skiers with medium foot's sole or for those who prefer a regular fit
HV: for skiers with a wide foot's sole or for those who prefer a comfortable fit

Technologies

T-DRIVE 2.0

The new T-Drive 2.0 is a two-piece mechanism that actively connects the shell and cuff. Its dynamic design allows the cuff to slightly rotate at the front, enhancing power transmission to the skier’s forefoot—where it matters most. This innovative system reduces shell deformation, delivering a consistent and progressive flex regardless of temperature. With T-Drive 2.0, skiers gain greater control and freedom to harness the boot’s full potential.

C.A.S. LINER

C.A.S. has revolutionized ski boots with regards to fit and personalization. The liners are anatomically shaped for optimal comfort and offer great heel hold. The internal part of the liner is shaped to match the foot while the exterior matches and conforms to the shape of the shell. The dual density micro-cell material is durable and easy to customize. The C.A.S. liners are less prone to pack-out maintaining the fit over a longer period of time.

LINER CUSTOMIZATION
THERMO-SHAPING
Liner in the oven: 80°C-176°F / 8 minutes.
PUNCHING (INCREASE VOLUME)
Microcell material can be heated and punched in problem fit areas.
GRINDING (INCREASE VOLUME)
Microcell material is easily grindable up to 2 mm in problem fit areas.
FIT KIT (DECREASE VOLUME)
Glue the C.A.S. Fit Kit pre-shaped pieces to decrease the volume of the liner.

C.A.S. SHELL

The C.A.S. Shell has an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the box initial fit. The dimples on the shell offer less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The shell retains the new shape better and longer.

Additional Technologies & Features

QUICK INSTEP: Utilizes softer plastic over the instep area that allows the shell to open easier as you are entering or exiting the boot.
LIFT LOCK BUCKLES: Innovative Lift Lock system holds the buckles up and out of the way so they don't catch while getting in or out of your boots.
DOUBLE SPOILER: The double spoiler allows a modular forward lean adjustment. With the complete spoiler the boot will increase its forward lean by 3.5°; by removing the first layer 2°. Thanks to the velcro attachment you can adjust also the hight of the spoiler.
ECO DESIGN: The ability to obtain regenerated material with homogeneous and known mechanical characteristics will allow a wider use of them in the production on new ski-boots.
MATERIAL TRACEABILITY PROGRAM: QR will provide a precise description of all the materials used in the production of the specidic ski-boot, allowing a more precise and consistent regeneration of those materials. This will result in better quality and more possibility to reuse in new ski-boots production.
C.A.S. TONGUE: A great addition to the C.A.S. customization system.
The C.A.S. Tongue can be thermoformed in a few minutes to perfectly match the shape of your shin.

PERFORMANCE POWER STRAP: Due to its elasticity, the Performance Power Strap offers the best performance strap on the market. It is made of an elastic strap and finely adjustable with the patented Tecnica Power Lock hook.
CO-INJECTED CUFF: The Co-Injected Cuff combines Grilamid® and carbon fiber powder through a co-injection (simultaneous injection) process, creating a lightweight, stiff, and highly responsive structure. This technology enhances power transmission and provides progressive support for improved precision and control throughout every turn.
