The ultimate shell and liner customization program. We begin with a precise anatomically shaped liner that matches the anatomical shape of the shell for a great out-of-the box fit. If further customization is needed, the innovative C.A.S. or Custom Adaptive Shape system allows further customization of both the liner and/or the shell to give another level of fit, comfort and performance.

Volume Story

C.A.S. technology allows your local boot fitter to fully customize the boot and shell to fit your feet.

Our shells and liners are anatomically shaped to match the shape of the foot, offering the best out-of-the box fit that results in more comfort and better performance. To match a wide variety of foot shapes the Mach1 series is offered in 3 different volumes:

HV 103mm

MV 100mm

LV 98mm

Liner customization

Please do not do this at home. You need a professional boot fitter for these processes or you risk ruining your boots or liners.

Thermo-shaping

Liner in the oven: 80°C/ 8 minutes.

Punching (increase volume)

Microcell material can be heated and punched in problem fit areas.

Grinding (increase volume)

Microcell material is easily grindable up to 2 mm in problem fit areas.

Fit kit (decrease volume)

Glue the C.A.S. Fit Kit pre-shaped pieces to decrease the volume of the liner.

C.A.S. Liner

C.A.S. has revolutionized ski boots with regards to fit and personalization. The C.A.S. liners are anatomically shaped for optimal comfort and great heel hold. The dual density micro-cells material is durable and easy to customize. For unmatched personal customization the C.A.S. liner can be thermo-molded, punched and grinded.

C.A.S. Shell

The C.A.S. Shell has an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the box initial fit. The dimples on the shell offer less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The shell retains the new shape better and longer.
